August-Exter-Strasse 27
The August-Exter-Strasse 27 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1895. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which is part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The house was built according to plans by August Exter's office . The cubic mansard roof building is one of the baroque house types that the August Exter office offered in the villa colony.
