August-Exter-Strasse 19
The August-Exter-Strasse 19 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1895. The villa in August-Exter-Straße on the corner of Chopinstraße, which is part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .
The house with tower was built according to plans by August Exter's office and has been modified several times. In 1993/94 it was expanded on the north side and at the same time a polygonal floor bay was added on the south side .
