The August-Exter-Strasse 15 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1895. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which is part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The country house style house was built according to plans by August Exter's office . The half- hipped roof building with a one-story bay window belongs to a simple type of model house, like house no. 20 , which was offered by the August Exter office in the Pasing I villa colony. This has a two-zone floor plan.
