August-Exter-Strasse 32
The August-Exter-Straße 32 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1895. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which is part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The house was built according to plans by August Exter's office . The half-timbered villa with a hipped roof and floor bay window has arched windows on the ground floor. The house was changed in some details in the 20th century.
