August-Exter-Strasse 8
The August-Exter-Straße 8 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1912. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which belongs to the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The baroque house was built according to plans by the architect Georg Völkl . The villa in the gusset between August-Exter and Peter-Vischer-Straße shows characteristics of the late Art Nouveau . It is provided with bay windows and a rounded staircase.
