Marschnerstrasse 33 (Munich)
The residential building at Marschnerstrasse 33 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1897/1900. The villa on Marschnerstrasse is a protected architectural monument .
The country-style villa was designed by August Exter . The house, which is part of the first development on the street, is characterized by the woodwork on the gable and the sloping ground floor bay . In the 1980s, the house was expanded following the stair tower.
The house belongs to a standardized type of the architecture firm August Exter , which appears twice in the Pasing villa colonies: August-Exter-Straße 21 and Fritz-Reuter-Straße 18 .
