The residential building at Marschnerstrasse 3 / 3a in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1900. The semi-detached house on Marschnerstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The former home of Arthur Riemerschmid (1864–1929) was built according to plans by the architect Theodor Fischer . The interior was designed by Richard Riemerschmid (1868–1957), Arthur Riemerschmid's brother. The Riemerschmid family owned the land on which August Exter built the Pasing II villa colony from 1897 .

The asymmetrical semi-detached house has been used as the Evangelical Lutheran parish of the Ascension Church since 1930 . Before the renovation in 1966, the original equipment was transferred to the city ​​museum .
