The residential building Marschnerstraße 29 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1902. The villa in the local style , in the middle of Marschnerstrasse , is a protected architectural monument .

The semi-detached house , No. 31 , was added a few years later, and was built according to plans by the architect August Brüchle . The two-storey house with a loft extension and a polygonal corner bay on the upper floor has a half-timbered construction on the gable . The building contains one apartment per floor.
