Marschnerstrasse 59 (Munich)
The residential building at Marschnerstrasse 59 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1897/1900. The villa on Marschnerstrasse is a protected architectural monument .
The villa in the historic style was designed by August Exter . The long side of the rectangular building faces the street, it is part of the first development on the street. The house has a central ground floor bay window , a mansard roof and a gable .
