Marschnerstrasse 16
The residential building at Marschnerstrasse 16 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1897. The villa on Marschnerstrasse is a protected architectural monument .
The house in the country house style was designed in the office of August Exter . This type with a half- hipped roof , one-storey bay window and glare framework in the gable was built in different versions by the August Exter office in the Pasing II villa colony .
