The residential building Marschnerstraße 24 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1902. The villa on Marschnerstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The house was built by Otto Numberger . The eaves construction with Mansardhalb hipped and stressed central axis has been simplified in renovations. Before that he owned flat pilaster strips and stucco ribbons. In 1989 there was a rear extension.

The arbor has a wrought iron grille from the time of construction with Art Nouveau echoes.
