Méry-sur-Seine is a French commune with 1,526 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aube department in the Grand Est region ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Nogent-sur-Seine and the canton of Creney-près-Troyes (until 2015: canton of Méry-sur-Seine ). The inhabitants are called Méryciens .

Méry-sur-Seine is located about 28 kilometers north-north-west of Troyes on the Seine . Méry-sur-Seine is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Oulph in the north and north-west, Longueville-sur-Aube in the north and north-east, Charny-le-Bachot in the north-east, Droupt-Sainte-Marie in the east and south-east, Vallant-Saint- Georges in the south, Mesgrigny in the southwest and Châtres in the west.
