The residential building at Marschnerstrasse 43 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1910. The villa on Marschnerstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The country-style villa was designed by August Exter . The half- hipped roof building on the eaves side with a middle transverse gable in half-timbered construction is a typical building for the Pasing villa colonies (see villa colony Pasing I and villa colony Pasing II ), which was executed in different variations.
