The residential building at Marschnerstraße 21 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1900. The rural villa on Marschnerstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The house was designed in August Exter 's office. This type with a half- hipped roof and a one-story bay window was built in various versions by the August Exter office in the Pasing II villa colony . On the street side there was a saint figure on the corner of the house, which was still there in 2012.
