The UAB Vičiūnai is a Lithuanian group of companies and the largest producer of fish products in Lithuania and the Baltic States. The products are sold under the Viči trademark . The subsidiaries are active in retail and logistics . The group is also the official dealer for Peugeot cars in Kaunas. Four restaurant chains are also operated by the group.

The group of companies has factories in Plungė , Kaliningrad , Sovetsk and two factories in Estonia .

The founder, main shareholder and general manager of the company is Visvaldas Matijošaitis . Company sales are not published. Veidas magazine assumes sales of over 1 billion litas .

Vičiūnų restoranų grupė is a subsidiary of the Lithuanian Vičiūnai Group with 1145 employees (2012). It owns 34 restaurants in Lithuania . The company owns 19 “Charlie pizza” pizzerias , nine “Katpėdėlė” restaurants, three “Carskoje selo” restaurants and three “La Crêpe ” creperies . In the early autumn of 2012, the first pizzeria "Charlie pizza" opened in Latvia .

The company was founded in 1994.
