Poderschau is a former municipality in the Altenburg district .
On January 1, 1957, the community was formed by amalgamating the communities Altpoderschau and Neupoderschau . On January 1, 1973 the community was dissolved, Altpoderschau came to the Kriebitzsch community , Neupoderschau to the Meuselwitz community .
