Podilske ( Ukrainian Подільське ) is a village in the center of the Ukrainian Vinnytsia Oblast with about 1400 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned in writing in the 18th century, is located in Podolia at an altitude of 297 m , 5 km northeast of the Nemyriv district center and 48 km southeast of the Vinnytsia oblast center . The T-02-21 territorial road runs through the village .
Place name
Until 1939 the village was called Ratschky (Ukrainian Рачки , Russian Рачки Ratschki , Polish Raczki ), then the village was called Kirowe (Ukrainian Кірове ) until June 11, 2016 , and then it was back in Ratschky in the course of decommunization in Ukraine renamed. The village bore this name until October 30, 2019 and was finally given the place name Podilske by decision of the Verkhovna Rada .

Podilske is the administrative center of a district municipality in the north of Rayon Nemyriw to the still villages Korowajna ( Коровайна , ⊙ ) with about 120 inhabitants, Monastyrok ( Монастирок , ⊙ ) with about 260 inhabitants, Saschky ( Сажки , ⊙ ) with about 140 inhabitants and Selewynzi ( Селевинці , ⊙ ) with about 340 inhabitants.
