Sarah Pollett (born December 3, 1980 ) is a former triathlete from Australia .

Career

In April 2006 Sarah Polet started her first Ironman in Port Macquarie and she was able to qualify for a starting place at Ironman Hawaii, where she finished 73rd in October. Her nickname is Japello and she lives in Mooloolaba. It has not appeared internationally since 2010.

Her partner John Carey also started out as a professional triathlete and they now run a specialist cycling shop together.
