Christopher George
Christopher George (born February 25, 1931 in Royal Oak , Michigan , † November 28, 1983 in Los Angeles , California ) was an American actor .
Life
Christopher George had his first role in 1965 in the film First Victory , in which John Wayne and Kirk Douglas starred. He later made the three films El Dorado , Chisum and Dirty Gold with John Wayne .
In addition to various cinema productions, George also worked for television. From 1966 to 1968 he took on a leading role in the series The Rat Patrol , in the 1970s he was an actor in television series such as Vegas
In 1967 he was nominated for the Golden Globe for his role as Sgt. Sam Troy in The Rat Patrol .
From 1970 until his death, George was married to actress Lynda Day George . They had two children together.
