Popiwka ( Ukrainian Попівка ; Russian Поповка Popowka ) is a village in the northeast of the central Ukrainian Kirowohrad Oblast with about 750 inhabitants (2004).

Popiwka is due to the territorial road T-12-03 and is the administrative center of the eponymous district municipality in Rajon Onufriivka about six kilometers east of Rajonzentrum Onufriivka and 130 km northeast of the Oblastzentrum Kropywnyzkyj . The town of Oleksandrija is located about 50 km southwest of Popivka. The area boasts some even the villages Kalatschiwka ( Калачівка ) Kostiantynivka ( Костянтинівка ) Ljubiwka ( Любівка ) Pawlowolujsk ( Павловолуйськ ) and Soldatske ( Солдатське ), all one hundred to have inhabitants.

South of the village is the botanical reserve of national importance Busowe ( Бузове ).
