The Postomia flows into the Warta

The Postomia (German: Postumfließ ) is a left tributary of the Warta in the Polish Lebus Voivodeship (until 1945 Neumark, Brandenburg province). It rises in Lake Postomia near Wędrzyn (hiking) and flows over Sulęcin (Zielenzig) and further in a north-northeastern direction to Krzeszyce (Kriescht), where it reaches the Warthebruch . There it takes up the Kanał Bema and continues parallel to the Warta in a westerly direction, flows through Słońsk (Sonnenburg) and reaches the Warta Estuary National Park (Polish: Park Narodowy Ujście Warty) until it enters the Warta in the area of Kostrzyn nad Odrą (Küstrin) opens shortly before it flows into the Oder itself . The length of the river is 67 km; the catchment area is given as 425 km².
