Preajba is a municipality Malu Mare in Dolj county in the region Oltenia in Romania . The two villages Malu Mare and Preajba make up the municipality of Malu Mare.

Preajba is on the DC 93 road, 7 km southeast of Craiova and 3 km north of Malu Mare. To the north of Preajba is a chain of six lakes that are around 2.5 km long and a maximum of 150 m wide.
