Premantura (German outdated Prumentor ) is the southernmost place in Istria . It is located near the nature reserve Cape Kamenjak and was settled as early as the Bronze Age.

Festivals

The most important festival Lovrečevo, in honor of St. Lawrence , the patron saint of Premantura, is celebrated on August 10th every year. Another attraction is the cancer festival on May 1st.
