The Prime Minister of the Netherlands Antilles was the head of government of the Netherlands Antilles , which was a country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands from December 15, 1954 until its dissolution on October 10, 2010 . From 1948 to 1954 the Netherlands Antilles were a colony.
