Premio Caccioppoli
The Premio Caccioppoli is an Italian mathematics award. It is awarded by the Unione Matematica Italiana and is named after the mathematician Renato Caccioppoli (1904–1959), professor at the University of Naples. It was awarded every two years until 1970, then every four years. The winners must be Italians and must not be older than 38. In 2000 it was endowed with 5,200 euros, in 2010 with 10,000 euros.
