The Priel nature reserve is located near the Brünsee part of the town of Harburg (Swabia) in the Donau-Ries district in Bavaria . The protection took place on September 4, 1986, the official code is 700.33. It is part of the natural area "Southern Frankenalb" and houses the largest Jurassic - karst spring Swabia. With a size of about 6 hectares, it is located in the Wörnitz loop near Ebermergen , surrounded by wet meadows with reeds and bushes. The nature reserve is not generally accessible.
