The Priestley Lake is a 120 m long and 25 m wide lake on Inexpressible Iceland before the Scott Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It is located 200 m northeast of the winter camp of the Northern Group around Victor Campbell on the British Terra Nova Expedition (1910-1913) under Robert Falcon Scott .
The Italian polar explorer Vittorio Liberia surveyed the lake during an Italian Antarctic expedition that ran from 1988 to 1989. It has been named since 1997 after the British geologist Raymond Priestley (1886–1974), a member of the Terra Nova and Nimrod expeditions (1907–1909) under Ernest Shackleton .
