History and description
The villa was built in 1928 according to plans by the architect Jan Hubert Pinand . Stylistically, the building belongs to neoclassicism . The cube-shaped house has a simple symmetrical plaster facade . Characteristic of the villa is a latently historicizing design, a mezzanine-like low upper floor with a cornice and an attic . Also noteworthy is a repeated expressionist "tooth cut motif" typical of the time . The villa has a slate hipped roof .
