Prosper Anton Joseph Guido von Sinzendorf (March 30, 1700 - February 9, 1756 ) was an Austrian courtier and chancellor of Charles VI. in Vienna.

He came from the noble family Sinzendorf , was the treasurer of the German Empire, Burgrave of Reinegg , Baron of Ernstbrunn and Imperial Count. He was a privy councilor.

Among other things, he was involved in the negotiation of the Treaty of Vienna in 1731 .

He was the master of the Trpísty estate in Bohemia (with a castle built by him in 1729) and married Countess Marie Phillippine von Althann (1705–1730) since 1723. He had two sons, Wenzel Johann Eustach and Friedrich Ludwig (1729–1783). The latter was head of the Ollmütz district and councilor of Moravia.
