The Ptsich ( belarusian Пціч , Russian Птичь (Ptich)) or Ptytsch (white carbon black. Птыч ) is a left tributary of Prypjat in Belarus .
The river has a length of 486 km. The source of the river is located in the Rayon Dzyarzhynsk in Minsk Region , the Minsk heights (white carbon black. Мінська височина ) which for White Russian ridge belongs. It crosses the Mahiljouskaja Woblasz and flows in the Homelskaja Woblasz from the left into the Prypiat.
It draws its water mainly from the snow, which melts after winter. The average water discharge is 48 m³ / s.
