location

The village of Puchhof is located in the Gäuboden about two kilometers southwest of Aholfing.

history

Since the 12th century, Puchhof has been owned by the Examining Monastery , to which the associated Hofmark Puch belonged until the secularization in Bavaria . The bailiwick rights went through the Counts of Bogen and the Wittelsbachers to the Rainer, who sold them to Cunrad in 1328. In 1695 a contract was signed between the Regensburg monastery and the monastery checking in, in which it was agreed that the Niedermotzinger servant should be used for official acts . Due to the secularization in Bavaria in 1803, Puchhof came to the Straubing Regional Court.
