Pulgon ( Kyrgyzstan and Russian Пульгон ) is a settlement in the Batken region in Kyrgyzstan .
At the time of the Soviet Union , the place, then called Frunsenskoje , belonged to the Osh Oblast in the Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic . Pulgon is the administrative seat of the Kadamjai District .
