Punta Constitución (from Spanish constitución ' constitution ' ) is a headland on the east coast of Tower Island in the Palmer Archipelago northwest of the Antarctic Peninsula . To the north, it limits the entrance from Bransfield Street into Harmanli Cove .

Argentine scientists named them.
