The Punta Larici ( 907  m ) is a secondary peak of the Monte Palaer ( 1073  m ) and is one of the Lake Garda mountains in northern Italy .

topography

The Punta Larici is in front of the Monte Palaer and separated from it by a little pronounced saddle ( Bocca Larici ). Although the Punta Larici remains below 1000 m altitude, it represents a striking point, as the eastern flank drops very steeply towards Lake Garda and from the summit you get an excellent view to the northeast and southwest over Lake Garda.

Alpinism

The easiest way to reach Punta Larici is via forest roads from Pregasina . This path is also popular by mountain bike as a variant of the Ponale road . Directly from Lake Garda another path leads steeply from the south to the Bocca Larici saddle.

Between Bocca Larici and Punta Larici there are buildings of the abandoned alpine pasture ( Malga Larici ), which are used as a bivouac hut .
