Punta Wendell is a headland on Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located on the southeast side of the Parker Peninsula and protrudes into Gerlache Strait .
Argentine scientists named them. The further naming background has not been passed down.
