The Putrun Himal (also Putrung Himal or Purbung Himal ) is a mountain in the Himalayas in Nepal .

The Putrun Himal has a height of 6465  m and is located in the Damodar Himal massif . To the south-east lies the 6111  m high mountain pyramid of the Genjang . The 6,120  m high Purkung is located 3.07 km to the west-northwest . The Thorong La mountain pass is located 7.7 km east of the Putrun Himal. In the south lies the Manang Himal ridge with the peaks of Chulu .
