The Pyne Glacier is a glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Gonville and Caius Range, it flows east of Robson Glacier in a northerly direction and joins the Mackay Glacier southwest of The Flatiron .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 2000 after Alexander Richard Pyne (* 1956) of the Victoria University of Wellington , who was involved in various geological and glaciological work in Antarctica from 1977 .
