Les Sièges is a French municipality with 414 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Yonne department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Sens and the canton of Brienon-sur-Armançon (until 2015 Villeneuve-l'Archevêque ). The inhabitants are called Siégeois .

Les Sièges is about 18 kilometers east-southeast of Sens . Les Sièges is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Foissy-sur-Vanne and Molinons in the north, Flacy in the northeast, Coulours in the east, Vaudeurs in the south and Les Vallées de la Vanne in the west.
