Chaumot is located approximately 17 kilometers south-southwest of downtown Sens . Chaumot is surrounded by the neighboring communities Égriselles-la-Bocage in the north and north-west, Marsangy in the north-east, Rousson in the east, Bussy-le-Repos in the south, Piffonds in the west and south-west and Vernoy in the west.
