Gisy-les-Nobles is a French village with 575 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Yonne department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ); it belongs to the Arrondissement of Sens and the canton of Thorigny-sur-Oreuse (until 2015 Pont-sur-Yonne ).

Gisy-les-Nobles is about eleven kilometers north-northwest of Sens . Gisy-les-Nobles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Michery in the north, La Chapelle-sur-Oreuse in the east, Évry in the south, Villeperrot in the southwest and Pont-sur-Yonne in the west.
