Voisines is a French municipality with 498 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Yonne department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It is part of the canton of Thorigny-sur-Oreuse (until 2015 Villeneuve-l'Archevêque ). The inhabitants are called Voisinats .
geography
Voisines is about twelve kilometers northeast of Sens and about 58 kilometers west of Troyes . Voisines is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Thorigny-sur-Oreuse in the north and northwest, La Postolle in the north and northeast, Lailly in the east and northeast, Les Clérimois in the east and southeast, Fontaine-la-Gaillarde in the south, Saligny in the southwest and Soucy in the West.
