The Communauté de communes de la Vanne et du Pays d'Othe is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Yonne department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region . It was founded on December 29, 1994 and currently comprises 22 communities. The administrative headquarters are located in Villeneuve-l'Archevêque .

Historical development

As of January 1, 2016, the municipalities of Chigy , Theil-sur-Vanne and Vareilles formed a commune nouvelle under the name Les Vallées de la Vanne .
