Flacy is a French commune with 111 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Yonne department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It is part of the canton of Brienon-sur-Armançon (until 2015: Canton of Villeneuve-l'Archevêque ).

Flacy is located on the Vanne , about 25 kilometers east-northeast of Sens and about 44 kilometers west-southwest of Troyes . The starting point of the Aqueduc de la Vanne, which supplies Paris with water, is in Flacy . Flacy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bagneaux in the north, Vulaines in the northeast, Rigny-le-Ferron in the east, Coulours in the south, Les Sièges in the southwest, Molinons in the west and Villeneuve-l'Archevêque in the west and northwest.
