Villeperrot is located about twelve kilometers north-northwest of Sens on the Yonne , which borders the municipality in the east. Villeperrot is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pont-sur-Yonne in the north and north-west, Gisy-les-Nobles in the north-east, Cuy in the east, Saint-Denis-lès-Sens in the south-east, Villenavotte in the south, Nailly in the south and south-west and Saint- Sérotin in the west.
