geography

Gron is located on the Yonne River , which borders the municipality to the northeast, and is about four kilometers south-southwest of downtown Sens . Gron is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sens in the north and northeast, Rosoy in the east, Étigny in the southeast, Marsangy in the south, Égriselles-le-Bocage in the southwest, Collemiers in the west and Paron in the northwest.
