The Canton of Villeneuve-sur-Yonne is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Sens in the Yonne department and in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté ; its main town is Villeneuve-sur-Yonne . Jean-Luc Dauphin ( UMP ) was the representative in the General Council of the Department from 1993 to 2011 . He was followed by Cyril Boulleaux ( DVG ).
