The Canton Seignelay was a 2015 French constituency in the district Auxerre , in the Yonne department and in the region of Burgundy ; its main town was Seignelay , from 1998 to 2011 Jean-Michel Delagneau ( LV ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département . He was followed by Thierry Corniot ( DVG ).
