The canton of Auxerre-Sud-Ouest was until 2015 a French constituency in the arrondissement Auxerre , in the department of Yonne and in the region of Burgundy ; its main town was Auxerre . Hubert Moissenet ( DL , later UMP ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 1988 to 2008 . He was followed by Guy Paris ( PS ).
