The canton Avallon is a French constituency in Arrondissement Avallon in the Yonne department and in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté ; its main town is Avallon , from 2004 to 2008 Jean Mariani ( PS ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département . He was followed by Isabelle Huberdeau ( DVG ), interrupted in 2011 and 2012 by Jean-Yves Caullet (PS).
