The canton of Toucy is a former French canton in the arrondissement Auxerre , in the Yonne department and in the Burgundy region , which existed until 2015 ; its main town was Toucy . From 1994 Pascal Bourgeois ( UMP ) was the representative in the General Council of the Department .
